Job summary

adidas invites applications for a 6‑month internship in our Global Procurement Team at the Herzogenaurach headquarters. You will support Reporting, process improvements, systems and stakeholder engagement, gaining experience in procurement excellence across global and local markets.

The role targets full‑time student contestants in economics/BA/finance with strong English skills and good MS Office proficiency; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a full-time student for the complete duration of the internship.
• Gap year between Bachelor and Master's degree may apply for EU citizens due to permit rules.
• Ideally within max one year to graduation.
• Available for the full duration of the internship from March 2027 to September 2027.
• Willing to relocate to Herzogenaurach, Germany for the full duration.

Responsibilities

• Support global Procurement Excellence projects focused on reporting, process improvement, systems, and organizational effectiveness.
• Assist with project management activities, including planning, tracking, coordination, and status reporting.
• Support change management activities, including stakeholder communications, training materials, and user engagement initiatives.
• Assist with system testing, issue management, documentation, and user support for procurement tools and solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders across Global, Market, Country, and Shared Service Procurement teams to support project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support sourcing and category management projects through research, analysis, and coordination activities.
• Independently manage selected tasks and projects while building strong relationships across the global procurement organization.

What Would Make You a Match

• Bachelor or Master's Student in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing and/or Finance or related
• Fluency in English, German language skills are a plus
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); Ariba and/or Power BI knowledge is a plus
• Good communication skills & a proactive mindset
