Henkel invites a motivated student to join our Global Leadership & Learning Team in Düsseldorf for a 6-month internship starting January 2027. You will support global learning and leadership projects from concept to roll-out, create engaging presentations and learning materials, and collaborate with colleagues around the globe.

You will work on our Learning Management System, use AI and digital tools to improve efficiency, and bring in your own ideas to continuously enhance how we work and

Formación

• Student currently studying Business Psychology, HR, Communication or a related field.
• Very good PowerPoint skills and a good eye for clear and engaging presentations
• Creative, structured, detail-oriented and pragmatic way of working
• Reliable, team player comfortable taking ownership and working in an international environment
• Eager to learn, contribute and bring in your own ideas
• Curious about AI and confident using digital tools such as Microsoft Copilot
• Availability for a full-time internship at our headquarters in Düsseldorf, starting January 2027 for a duration of six months, ideally

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
