Henkel is seeking an enrolled student for a 6-month internship at our Düsseldorf headquarters, starting January 2027. You will support digital and AI transformation efforts, collect user feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and drive engagement.

The role offers flexible hours within a hybrid/onsite model, with a competitive monthly salary based on duration and degree.

Formación

• Must be enrolled in a degree program (see above) in related fields.
• First professional experience is a plus but not mandatory; internships valued.
• Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.
• Digital mindset and ability to use AI tools for collaboration.
• Available for a full-time internship at our headquarters in Düsseldorf, starting January 2027 for 6 months.

• Contribute ideas to improve digital products and user experience.

About this Position

What you´ll do

• Contribute ideas and feedback to improve digital products and user experience

What makes you a good fit

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration and Economics, Business Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field
• First professional experience is a plus but not mandatory. Previous internships or hands-on experience in AI, Transformation, Change Management, Business Development, Marketing, or Strategic Communications are highly valued
• Fluent German and English language skills, written and spoken

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
