Zusammenfassung

Lufthansa Cargo AG in Frankfurt am Main invites motivated students to join as Lean internship opportunities. You will learn planning, coordination and implementation of Lean projects, while preparing data for workstation analyses and supporting workshops.

The role involves developing and refining Lean standards, creating templates and training materials, and delivering presentations to teams. Strong German and English, plus MS Excel/PowerPoint, are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled for the entire internship duration or gap year internship requirement is met.
• Ideal experience in lean management and basics of production logistics or project management.
• Very good MS Windows 365 knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• High commitment and ability to work independently.
• Very good German and English skills.

Tasks

• Learning practical skills with a focus on planning, coordination and implementation of Lean projects
• Preparation and processing of data for workstation analyses
• Participation and organization of workshops and meetings on Lean
• Development and refinement of Lufthansa Cargo Lean standards (e.g., templates, training materials)
• Development of content and creation of presentations

Requirements

Your Profile:

• Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or an internship between the bachelor’s and master’s programs (gap year)
• Ideally, experience with lean management and the fundamentals of production logistics and/or project management
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows 365, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
• High level of commitment and independence
• Very good German and English skills
