PUMA is seeking a motivated intern to join our reporting and analytics team in Germany. You will assist with variance analysis, Power BI data extraction, and process improvements while ensuring data quality.

As an enrolled student, you will develop skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and cross-functional collaboration, with English fluency as a must and German a plus. Start date 01.12.2026 for 6 months, featuring a hands-on learning environment.

Qualificações

• Enrolled student for the entire internship period, preferably in Business Administration or Merchandise Planning.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with databases; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); German language skills are a plus; able to work in a team and independently.

Responsabilidades

• Support reporting and analytics activities, including variance reports, trend analyses, and data extraction.
• Assist standardization and continuous improvement of reporting templates, SOPs, and best practices.
• Coordinate article cancellation activities with tracking requests and approvals.
• Provide administrative support: meeting coordination, documentation, file/SharePoint maintenance, data compilation.
• Prepare and format presentations and monthly business review materials for internal stakeholders.
• Support the team with ad hoc requests and cross-functional coordination as needed.

• Support reporting and analytics activities, including variance reports, tracking, trend analyses, Power BI data extraction, and data quality checks
• Support the standardization and continuous improvement of reporting processes, templates, SOPs, and team best practices.
• Coordinate article cancellation activities, including initial evaluations, tracking requests and approvals, stakeholder follow-up, and trend analysis
• Provide administrative and operational support, including meeting coordination, documentation, action tracking, file and SharePoint maintenance, and data compilation
• Prepare and format presentations, monthly business review materials, and analyses for internal stakeholders and leadership
• Support the team with ad hoc requests and cross-functional coordination as needed.

YOUR TALENT

• Enrolled student for the whole period of the internship, preferably in Business Administration, Merchandise Planning or similar
• Advanced user knowledge in Excel and Powerpoint and familiar with working with databases (Power BI knowledge is a plus)
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken), German a plus
• Team player mentality with the ability to work independently as well
• Organizational talent with an eye for detail and accuracy
• Starting date: 01.12.2026; Duration: 6 months.
