Zusammenfassung

Lufthansa Technik sucht eine/n engagierte/n Praktikant/in zur Sichtbarmachung digitaler Initiativen durch kreative Formate. Du übernimmst Konzeption und eigenständige Umsetzung von Kommunikationsmaßnahmen sowie die Erstellung verständlicher Inhalte zu digitalen Transformationsthemen.

Du arbeitest an der Strukturierung des Portfolios digitaler Initiativen mit, planst Events und Workshops und unterstützt Meetings zur Koordination.

Qualifikationen

• Immatrikuliert während des gesamten Praktikumszeitraums und schriftliche Praktikumsbestätigung erforderlich.
• Studium im Bereich Kommunikation, Medien, Management oder vergleichbar.
• Erste Erfahrungen mit Design, Video oder Datenvisualisierung sind von Vorteil.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung dabei, digitale Initiativen durch kreative Formate sichtbar zu machen (z. B. Videos, SharePoint-Seiten, Infografiken, Power BI).
• Konzeption und eigenständige Umsetzung von Kommunikationsmaßnahmen – von der Idee bis zur Veröffentlichung.
• Erstellung verständlicher und ansprechender Inhalte zu digitalen Transformationsthemen.
• Einbindung in Strukturierung und Visualisierung des Portfolios digitaler Initiativen.
• Planung und Organisation von Veranstaltungen, Workshops und Community-Formaten sowie Unterstützung von Team- und Stakeholder-Meetings.

Aufgaben:

• Support in making digital initiatives visible through creative formats (e.g. videos, SharePoint pages, info graphics, Power BI)
• Conception and independent implementation of communication measures - from the idea to publication
• Creating comprehensible and appealing content on digital transformation topics
• Involvement in structuring and visualizing the portfolio of digital initiatives
• Planning and organizing events, workshops and community formats as well as supporting team and stakeholder meetings for coordination and status tracking
• Enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of matriculation and a written mandatory internship certificate must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (gap year)
• Study in the field of communication, media, management or comparable

Qualifikation:

• You enjoy making things visible and always find a way to present content in an appealing way, whether as a video, graphic or dashboard
• You are proactive and implement ideas independently, from the initial concept to the finished result
• First experience with design, video or data visualization is a plus
• Very good written and spoken German and English
