Job summary

ISS STOXX is offering an internship in Berlin for students and graduates eager to gain hands-on exposure to corporate governance research, data and analytics. You will assist our analysts by inspecting publicly disclosed company documents and supporting analyses of executive remuneration across markets.

We seek fluent English speakers with a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance or Law, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while

• Fluent in English (spoken and written). Swedish or Norwegian is an advantage.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or Law, or in the process of obtaining such a degree.
• An interest in corporate governance, executive compensation, capital markets, research and data collection.
• A good eye for detail.
• The ability to assimilate large quantities of information, work independently and take initiative while also being a team player.
• An organized and structured mind.

Shareholders are invited by public companies they have shares in to vote on a wide range of topics during annual general meetings and special meetings. They can delegate their voting power to a representative, who will then be considered a proxy. This internship is remunerated 2470€ gross per month and will run for 4.5 months, from the 11th of January 2027 to the 31st of May 2027. Interns are required to work from the ISS STOXX office 5 days a week and must be based in the country of employment from Day 1 of the internship.
