Job summary

Starburst Germany is seeking an associate to join our consulting/accelerator team with a focus on aerospace, space and defence. You will collaborate with a global team and drive advisory projects for corporates and startups while contributing to open innovation and acceleration programs.

Responsibilities include startup sourcing, market studies, business-model innovation, and support for open-innovation initiatives.

What will you be doing?

In close collaboration with the global team, you will work with a high degree of autonomy and engage in a diverse range of strategic initiatives - from advisory projects for both corporates and startups to open innovation and acceleration programs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

From a well-ranked engineering or business school

A futurist and familiar with the ecosystem of startups

A team player but capable of working independently

2 recruitment rounds with members of the consulting team and the innovation team

a fit section (discussion about your background and your motivation to join us)

a business case section (an oral case study exercise in a practical scenario)
