What you’ll do

• Join one of our teams (Product, GTM, Talent, HR, or Operations) and contribute to high‑impact projects from day one

• Take ownership of clearly defined workstreams that directly impact company growth

• Support and collaborate closely with founders and senior team members on strategic and operational initiatives

• Identify opportunities for improvements and proactively execute solutions

• Operate in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment where interns are expected to take ownership and act with a strong sense of urgency

What we’re looking for

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field

• Proven experience through 1‑2 internships or roles in high‑growth startups, venture capital, consulting, product management, or talent/HR‑related functions

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and keep things running smoothly

• High curiosity about startups, technology, and what makes exceptional teams

• Most importantly: we care deeply about working with genuinely kind, collaborative, and hard‑working people who make the team better through empathy and openness
