appliedAI sucht eine/n Strategy & Transformation Analysten, der eigenständig Analysen- und Arbeitsstränge steuert. Sie arbeiten eng mit Kunden-Teams und internen Experten zusammen, um strategische AI-Fragen in strukturierte, umsetzbare Ergebnisse zu übersetzen.

Die Rolle umfasst die Durchführung von AI-Reifegrad-Analysen, Workshops mit Führungskräften und die Priorisierung von AI-Anwendungsfällen in verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen, in einem hybriden Arbeitsumfeld in Deutschland.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in technisch-wirtschaftlichem Bereich oder vergleichbar.
• 1–2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in AI/ML-Anwendung im Business-Kontext.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in AI/ML-Grundlagen und Bewertungsverfahren für Use Cases.
• Praxis im Umgang mit AI-Tools (Claude, Code, Github Copilot) und technischer Stakeholder-Kommunikation.
• Analytisches Denken, Strukturierung komplexer Probleme und klare Ergebnisvermittlung.
• Proaktives Teamwork und eigenständiges Arbeiten mit Kunden.
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Aufgaben

• Übernimmt definierte Arbeitsströme in AI-Strategie- und Use-Case-Portfolios für Partnerunternehmen.
• Leitet MIttelstands-/DAX-Partnerprojekte und präsentiert Ergebnisse.

Deine Aufgaben

As part of appliedAI’s Strategy & Transformation team, you’ll take ownership of individual analyses and workstreams that help our partner companies — from DAX corporates to larger “Mittelstand” organizations — build and scale their AI ambitions. Working directly with client teams and internal experts, you’ll turn strategic AI questions into structured, actionable outputs, while deepening the technical grounding that sets appliedAI’s approach apart. This is a role for someone ready to run defined pieces of client work independently, with a senior strategist as their sounding board.
Your tasks will include:

• Own defined workstreams within AI strategy and use case portfolio engagements for partner companies, coordinating directly with client working‑level contacts
• Lead the execution of AI maturity assessments, from structuring the approach to presenting findings and recommendations to client teams
• Design and facilitate workshops with client teams incl. management stakeholders, translating strategic AI questions into concrete concepts and solution guidelines
• Evaluate and prioritise AI use cases across business functions, assessing technical feasibility, data requirements, and business value together with technical experts
• Drive the development of reusable assets and frameworks for the Strategy & Transformation team, and help junior colleagues and the wider company to make use of these assets
• Stay ahead of relevant AI research, tools, and industry practice, and turn it into concrete inputs for ongoing client engagements

Dein Profil

• Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in a technical or business‑related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration)
• Around 1‑2 years of relevant experience applying AI/ML in a business context, e.g., as a consultant, analyst, or in an applied AI/data role
• Solid working knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals (e.g., LLMs, machine learning, data pipelines) and confidence assessing the technical feasibility of use cases
• Hands‑on experience with tools such as Claude code / ClaudeCowork / GithubCopilot and comfort working directly with data and technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and communicate solutions clearly
• A proactive team player, comfortable taking ownership and interacting directly with client teams
• Fluent in English and German, communicating confidently with both customers and colleagues in either language
