Zusammenfassung

Lufthansa Technik sucht eine Praktikantin/ einen Praktikanten im dritten Semester zur Mitwirkung bei der Definition, Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen rund um Angebots- und Kostenkalkulationen im Additive Manufacturing.

Sie arbeiten an Design Thinking Workshops mit und planen Kundenworkshops in interdisziplinären Teams. Zudem unterstützen Sie beim Aufbau eines Lieferantennetzwerks für Additive-Technologien und gewinnen Einblicke in aviation industry.

Qualifikationen

• Student:in mindestens im dritten Semester.
• Immatrikulationsnachweis für das Praktikum oder Gap Year erforderlich.
• Studium in Industrieingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder vergleichbar.
• Interesse an innovativen Fertigungstechnologien, besonders Additive Manufacturing.
• Erfahrung mit Design Thinking oder Projektmanagement ist von Vorteil.
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
• MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint, sind willkommen.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei der Definition, Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen, insbesondere Angebots- und Kostenkalkulationen im Additive Manufacturing.
• Mithilfe bei Design Thinking Workshops zur Entwicklung innovativer Produktideen.
• Planung und Moderation von Kundenworkshops in interdisziplinären Teams.
• Aufbau und Pflege eines Lieferantennetzwerks für Additive-Manufacturing-Technologien.

Aufgaben:

• Designing and improving processes: You will assist in defining, analyzing, and optimizing key business processes—particularly in the areas of quoting and cost estimation for additive manufacturing solutions.
• Creativity Meets Structure: You'll actively participate in preparing and conducting Design Thinking workshops to develop innovative product ideas and solutions.
• Embracing a customer-focused approach: You will plan and facilitate customer workshops, working with interdisciplinary teams to develop customized solutions.
• Building networks: You'll help build and maintain a supplier network for additive manufacturing technologies—from research to initial contact.

Qualifikation:

• You must be in at least your third semester of college at the time of the internship.
• Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written confirmation of the mandatory internship must be included with the application) or between your bachelor's and master's programs (gap year).
• You are studying industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a comparable degree program.
• You are interested in innovative manufacturing technologies, particularly additive manufacturing.
• Some experience with design thinking or project management is a plus.
• You have good written and spoken German and English skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, rounds out your profile.
