Job summary

Signode is seeking an International SOX Compliance Analyst to support its SOX program in the EMEA region. The role collaborates with multiple teams to ensure a robust internal control environment and effective regulatory compliance.

You will identify risks, design controls, monitor remediation, and coordinate testing activities across Europe. The position requires up to 50% travel and strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 2-5 years of experience in SOX compliance or related functions.
• Knowledge of SOX 404 requirements and industry regulations.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% in Europe and internationally.
