Job summary

Nemetschek Group, a global leader in digital transformation for the AEC/O industry, seeks an experienced Internal Communications Lead (Director) to shape and drive our internal comms strategy across a diverse workforce.

You will partner with senior executives, mentor a global team, modernize channels, and use AI and analytics to boost engagement and culture during our transformation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, Change Management, or related fields.
• Proven track record developing communication strategies for large, complex, international organizations.
• Strong experience supporting executives and advising senior leaders on communication and engagement topics.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, or a related discipline.

• Develop and execute a global internal communications strategy aligned with business priorities and transformation goals.
• Lead and mentor a global internal communications team while coordinating an international communications network.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives that foster community, belonging, and a shared company identity.
• Modernize and harmonize communication channels, formats, and platforms, including intranet and digital workplace tools.
• Lead communications for major organizational changes, transformations, and leadership events.
• Introduce innovative communication approaches, leveraging AI, automation, analytics, and digital engagement tools.
• Measure communication effectiveness and employee engagement through data driven insights and KPIs.
