Kleinanzeigen is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Lead on a fixed-term basis to shape and deliver our internal communications strategy across Germany and Spain. You will work with senior leadership, the People Team, and cross-functional partners to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with business priorities.

You will drive change communications, oversee multiple projects, and maintain consistent messaging across channels while supporting a fast-paced environment.

In May 2023, the name was changed to Kleinanzeigen. Kleinanzeigen is the leading online classifieds market in Germany. Users buy and sell on Germany's No. 1 for classifieds mainly second-hand. In this way they make an active contribution to more sustainability. On average, more than 55 million ads are available in numerous categories – from children's supplies to electronics and real estate. Kleinanzeigen also offers small and medium-sized businesses the opportunity to present their services online. We are looking for an experienced Internal Communications Lead (m/f/d), to join us on a fixed-term basis (min. 12 months) as parental leave cover. As a part of the Kleinanzeigen People Team you will shape and deliver our internal communications strategy, ensuring that employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with our business priorities during a key period.

You will work closely with senior leadership, People & Organisation, and cross-functional teams to drive impactful communication initiatives across the organization.

Who You Are

• You bring 8+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field
• Strategic mindset combined with hands‑on execution
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior leadership
• Experience with change communication and navigating complex organizational environments, working in organizations with employee representation
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
• Collaborative, proactive, and solution‑oriented approach
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills in English (German is a plus)

• Ensure consistency in tone of voice and messaging across all internal touchpoints
• Manage and continuously improve internal communication channels
