CLAR AI in Munich is seeking an ambitious early-career professional to work directly with our CEO, turning priorities into progress across strategy, demos, and internal projects.

You will craft pitch materials, build AI demos, automate workflows, and move quickly from analysis to concrete results while collaborating with engineers. This internship offers ownership from day one and exposure to fundraising, partnerships, and GTM topics.

Your Role & Responsibilities

This is no ordinary internship. You will work directly with our CEO as a force multiplier across the entire company - turning priorities into progress, taking ownership of critical projects, and moving seamlessly between strategy and hands‑on execution. One day you may shape a customer pitch, the next build an AI demo or automate an internal workflow, and the next help drive a funding, people, or operational topic.

• Amplify the CEO: Turn context and priorities into clear decisions, high-quality outputs, and relentless follow-through. Prepare critical meetings, synthesize complex topics, and make sure important initiatives move forward.

• Craft the Story: Build exceptional pitch, sales, investor, strategy, and partnership materials. Distill complex business and technical ideas into compelling narratives and polished, executive-ready slides.

• Build Demos & Concepts: Translate ideas and customer problems into tangible AI demos, workflows, prototypes, and concepts. Get hands-on with AI tools, light code, APIs, and no-code platforms, partnering closely with our engineers where needed.

• Automate How We Work: Identify friction and design automations for internal processes across GTM, delivery, reporting, knowledge management, and operations. You don’t just analyze inefficiency - you remove it.

• Own Company-Critical Projects: Take end-to-end responsibility for selected initiatives across strategy, finance, legal, people, fundraising, partnerships, GTM, and operations - from first-principles thinking through execution.

What Makes You a Great Fit

You’re early in your career but already operate like a high‑agency generalist - structured enough for a board deck, technical enough to build a demo, and entrepreneurial enough to own an uncharted problem.

• Top‑Tier Consulting/PE/Startup Foundation: You have completed at least one substantial internship or role at a top‑tier strategy consulting/PE/Startup firm. You can turn ambiguous questions into clear analyses, recommendations, and exceptional slides.

• Builder & Tech DNA: You don’t stop at concepts. You actively use AI tools and can build prototypes and automations yourself - whether with light code, APIs, no‑code tools, or agent frameworks. You don’t need to be a software engineer, but you must be technically fearless.

• Business Fluency: You understand how a company works across customers, product, finance, legal, people, and funding. You learn new domains quickly, ask the right questions, and make sound trade‑offs.

• Entrepreneurial Mindset: You take radical ownership, thrive in ambiguity, and optimize for outcomes. You can prioritize ruthlessly, move from blank page to tangible result at speed, and know when to ship and when to polish.

• Exceptional & Early: You’re studying business, economics, engineering, computer science, or a related field - or have recently graduated - and already have a track record of delivering beyond what was expected. Startup or entrepreneurial experience is a strong plus.

• Communication & Craft: You communicate with clarity and confidence in German and English, from team members to senior executives. You care about the details and take pride in producing thoughtful, polished work.
