OMMAX is seeking a motivated student/working student to join our consulting team in Munich with a hybrid work model. You will work closely with experienced advisors to link strategy and execution in merger and acquisition projects.

Qualifikationen

• Studying in one of the following fields with excellent academic performance: Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Management & Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• You work closely with our team of experienced advisors to provide strategic consulting and technical expertise to clients during a merger or acquisition.
• You take responsibility from the beginning in challenging and exciting projects for international clients in various industries.
• You conduct due diligence, develop integration and value creation plans, and assess the impact of technology on deals.
• You learn about different industries and business models and further develop your technical and analytical skills.

What we require:

• You are studying Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Management & Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field with excellent academic performance.
• You have initial experience in digital strategy, transaction advisory, or IT.
• You bring knowledge of at least one programming language (a clear plus).
• You possess strong analytical skills and a pronounced problem-solving capability.
• You demonstrate a strong interest in technology, technical trends, and business strategy.
• You have very good Microsoft Office skills (particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• You stand out through excellent communication and presentation skills.
• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining a highly structured way of working.
• You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
