Job summary

Avelios Medical GmbH in Germany is seeking an Internship in Project Management to support implementation and customer success teams. You will gain hands-on experience managing digital health projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful rollouts in hospitals.

THE TEAM AND ROLE

As an Intern in Project Management (all genders), you’ll support our implementation and customer success teams to ensure that hospitals benefit from our platform from day one. You will gain first-hand experience in managing complex digital health projects and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful rollouts, while learning how to build and sustain strong customer relationships in a high-stakes environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support various customer projects aimed at implementing our software in hospital environments

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to help ensure project success and long-term customer satisfaction

• Assist in documenting and managing projects throughout the entire lifecycle with attention to deadlines and deliverables

• Contribute to improving internal processes and tooling to drive efficient project execution

• Help visualize and present key performance metrics and outcomes to customers

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Current studies in Business, Medical, Informatics, or a related field
