Zusammenfassung

smart Europe GmbH is seeking an Intern for Procurement to support the sourcing team in daily operations and market research. You will help manage NDA sign offs, contract follow-ups, data analysis, and maintain supplier data.

The role targets students or graduates in Engineering, SCM, or IT-related fields with a strong organizational mindset. The internship emphasizes cross-functional work across procurement, data analysis, and project coordination in a dynamic European setup, with emphasis on MS

Qualifikationen

• University degree or studying towards one in Engineering, SCM, Business Admin with major in SCM, computer science, informatics or comparable degree.
• Experience with SCM, Procurement, or IT development.
• Knowledge of Procurement processes.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of software development.
• Excellent organization skills (ability to manage multiple tasks).
• Logical and structured thinking.
• Ability to work under pressure and to solve problems.
• Fluent in English and preferably also German and Chinese.

About the role

The Intern for Procurement will support the procurement team of the smart Europe GmbH. The main responsibilities will cover supporting the daily operations in the procurement department, executing market research in order to find fitting potential vendors, NDA sign off, Contract follow up, conducting data analysis, maintaining the existing supplier base, facilitating the technical assessment sessions, supplier due diligence assessment and project digital platform development project coordination, etc.
