Allianz Partners in Unterföhring is seeking an intern (m/f/d) to support the day-to-day operations of the Managing Director Office for the Germany Business Unit. You'll gain exposure to a broad range of topics and help manage projects, timelines and communications.

The role offers structured onboarding, hands-on training, and opportunities to work with new technologies and AI applications, while developing a professional mindset and confidence in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• In the advanced stage of a Bachelor's degree or pursuing a Master's in business or natural sciences; other fields welcome.
• Demonstrates high personal responsibility, conscientiousness and reliability.
• Confident communication, professional demeanor, quick grasp, structured work, and big-picture thinking.
• Works independently and proactively, yet remains team-oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Interest in new technologies and AI; open to integrating AI into daily work. Initial experience an advantage.
• Handling sensitive data with confidentiality is a given.
• Excellent German and good English, both written and spoken.

• You are in the advanced stage of your Bachelor's degree or pursuing a Master's degree in a business or natural sciences program. However, we also welcome students from other fields of study.
• You demonstrate a high level of personal responsibility, conscientiousness, and reliability.
• You impress with confident communication skills and a professional demeanor, as well as a quick grasp of new topics, a structured way of working, and an eye for the big picture.
• You work independently and proactively, yet remain team-oriented.
• You are proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• You have an interest in new technologies and artificial intelligence and are open to integrating innovative AI applications into everyday work. Initial experience or exposure to AI tools is an advantage.
• Handling sensitive data with confidentiality is a matter of course for you.
• You have excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
