Job summary

Agile Robots SE is offering a full-time internship in the Events team at our Munich headquarters. You will manage sub-projects for international trade fairs and partner events, coordinate logistics with service providers, and help scale event processes using Asana.

Ideal candidates are currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or related fields, with hands-on event org experience, strong Excel skills, and bilingual German/English abilities. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• First hands-on experience in event organization or project management is a plus.
• Confident with Excel; experience with Asana or similar tools is a plus.
• Full-time internship on-site at our HQ in Munich.
• Fluent German and English.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of sub-projects at international trade fairs, partner events and internal events, coordinating logistics, service providers and materials.
• Evaluate incoming requests for trade fairs, conferences, sponsorships and speaking slots, research target audiences, reach and costs, and prepare well-founded recommendations for our team.
• Help build our event project management in Asana, from smart templates and workflows to clear timelines that make our events scalable.
• Keep track of our event calendar and maintain a clean, reliable data base the whole team can count on.

Our robots take the stage at the world’s biggest industry and tech events, and you make sure they get there. As part of the Events team, you’re involved from the first request to the final teardown of the booth: at international trade fairs, conferences, customer events and internal highlights. You’ll work closely with Communication, Sales, Engineering and our management, and you’ll see first-hand how your work makes Agile Robots visible.

This role calls for a structured, hands-on way of working and for enjoying working with many stakeholders in a fast-paced, international environment.

Your Responsibilities:
