Job summary

Idealworks Inc. is looking for an intern to design and implement data pipelines that integrate data from robotics fleet management, CRM tools, and other business systems in Munich.

You will develop new features for our data platform, support data collection, processing, storage, and access, and help create data lakes and databases handling large volumes with evolving schemas. You will build APIs using FastAPI and collaborate on data quality, reliability, and documentation.

Qualifications

• You are at an advanced stage of your studies in computer science, data engineering, data science, robotics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python, Git and Docker.
• Working knowledge of SQL and an understanding of databases and data processing fundamentals.
• An interest in building data systems and infrastructure, from integrating sources to making data available for different use cases.
• A proactive, problem-solving approach and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ideally, familiarity with FastAPI, AWS, & workflow orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow.
