Job summary

Neura Robotics in Germany is seeking a highly motivated student to join the COO Office for 4 to 6 months, full-time onsite in Riederich (Metzingen). You will support the COO on commercial and strategic topics, preparing presentations and coordinating across Finance, Strategy, and CEO Office.

You will develop KPI, budget, and forecast overviews, build business cases, and create reports and dashboards that inform day-to-day decisions.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in finance, controlling, or strategy, with internships or working student experience in consulting, finance, corporate development, or a COO environment.
• High attention to detail when working with numbers and data, with the ability to structure complex information clearly.
• Analytical mindset, structured approach to tasks, and a hands-on, get-things-done attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling or dashboarding tools is a plus.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Available for 4 to 6 months, full-time onsite in Riederich (Metzingen).

Responsibilities

• Own KPI, budget, and forecast overviews across projects, including the question of where the numbers don't add up.
• Prepare decision-ready content for board meetings, investor updates, and banking presentations, together with Finance, Strategy, and the CEO Office.
• Build business cases, make-or-buy analyses, and investment evaluations for new products, investments, and internal initiatives.
• Coordinate commercial sub-projects within the COO Office, from alignment with the specialist departments through to status reporting.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and decision templates that are actually used in day‑to‑day operations.
• Take ownership of your own work packages end‑to‑end, from data gathering to recommendation, with guidance and feedback from experienced team members.

Your Role

What You Bring

• Currently studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Strong interest in finance, controlling, or strategy, ideally backed by initial practical experience (internships or working student roles in consulting, finance, corporate development, or a COO environment)
• High attention to detail when working with numbers and data, with the ability to structure complex information clearly
• Analytical mindset, structured approach to tasks, and a hands‑on, get‑things‑done attitude
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling or dashboarding tools is a plus
