Gofractional in Berlin, Germany seeks an interim founder leader to discover market opportunities, define value proposition, and launch in Germany with potential EU expansion. You will lead the product and business model development, including roadmap and unit economics, while measuring KPIs and driving growth.

You will act as interim founder, help recruit, and contribute across ventures as needed, embracing a high-ownership, data-driven, and results-focused approach.

Tasks

1. Discover market opportunities, Jobs To Be Done, customer pain points, and business models for new high-margin digital-first companies. Figure out what problems are we're solving, for whom, why, and the market size.
2. Define value proposition, nail the go-to-market strategy, roadmap, financial model. Include unit economics, scaling levers and what is success in 1-3 years.
3. Launch in Germany (and potetinally later across the EU). Iterate on the Minimum Lovable Product/Service (MLP/S). Measure the KPIs that matter.
4. Lead as an interim founder until we hire external leadership. Help recruit. Jump in and help out existing ventures when needed.
5. Rinse and repeat.
