Atira is seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence (EiR) in Munich to join a fast-moving team. You will explore problems across multiple functions, from GTM to strategy and people & talent, and own impactful initiatives from day one.
The role offers the freedom to shape projects, collaborate with founders, and build something meaningful while relocating your strengths into real business impact. Three-month minimum, full-time on-site.
Atira builds the commercial brain for industrials. Our agents 10x the sales engineers of today by offering the complete toolbox of tasks needed in complex environments. They handle everything from extracting and classifying requirements from incoming RFQs, orchestrating communication and information retrieval across multiple stakeholders and systems, while generating outcomes like documentation, production system inputs, or configuration recommendations. CRM. Atira. ERP. We are one of the fastest growing teams in Munich and are looking for you to join us!
We deliberately design this internship program as open and variable as possible. If you're drawn to building across functions like Sales, Growth, Strategy, or Operations, you'll fit. You apply once, and we figure out together where you can do the most damage while you're here. Many internships hand you a narrow job, we give you the freedom to do what you want to do. This role bends to your strengths. If you are the kind of person who, given a problem nobody has solved yet, starts moving instead of waiting for a brief, this is for you. From day one you own real problems that move the numbers we care about this quarter, not tasks someone hands down to you.
It depends on whats Prio. The kinds of things our EiRs take on:
We move fast and value adaptability. None of these specializations are set in stone and nobody knows where your passions and strengths cross better than you. The constant across all of these: you get handed an ambiguous problem, you build the staircase yourself, and you own the outcome including the parts that don't work.
We care more about your intrinsic motivation and the urge to solve problems than we care about your current year or major. You build staircases. When the path forward isn't obvious, you figure out the first few concrete steps and start, instead of waiting for someone to make the plan You've owned something real. A company or project you started, a leading role in a student initiative, a side build that shipped, or a job where you owned an outcome others would have delegated. You're intellectually honest. You say "I don't know" instead of bluffing, and you flag what's actually going on before someone has to ask. Full working proficiency in German and English. You can commit to at least three months full-time, on-site in Munich. We don't care whether you call yourself a generalist with one real spike or a specialist with unusual range. We care that you saw yourself somewhere in the lines above.
Real ownership from week one. You own problems, not tasks, and your work ships. Proximity to the people building the company. You work directly with the founders and an early team that has built and sold AI systems in industrial enterprises before. A fast read on where you're strong. this program is designed to find your edge. Competitive compensation. A high-performing but caring culture. We hold a high bar and treat each other well while clearing it.
You owned at least one problem end-to-end that moved a real number for the team. People stopped checking your work because they trusted it. You leave knowing where your edge...
