Job summary

Roboyo Group in Germany is seeking an Automation Engineer to join our consulting and automation delivery teams. You will support project workstreams, contribute to solution design, and assist in delivering intelligent automation initiatives for our clients.

You will collaborate with project teams, subject‑matter experts, and business users to ensure high‑quality deliverables, communicate clearly, manage your tasks independently, and proactively identify opportunities to add value while building

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of automation experience using UiPath.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems and understanding of branching and collaboration workflows.
• Knowledge in at least one consulting area (strategy, transformation, digitization or technology).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with strategic thinking.
• Excellent English and German communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Independent, proactive and self‑driven — take initiative.

Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY

As an Automation Engineer, you will begin establishing your professional footprint within Roboyo’s consulting and automation delivery teams. In this role, you will support project workstreams, contribute to solution design, and assist in the successful delivery of intelligent automation initiatives for our clients.

You will collaborate closely with project teams, subject‑matter experts, and business users to ensure high‑quality deliverables. You are expected to communicate clearly, manage your tasks independently, and proactively identify opportunities to add value. You will also interact with clients regularly, helping maintain strong working relationships while gaining exposure to client‑facing responsibilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support project workstreams, contributing to the management of scope, timeline, and deliverables under senior guidance
• Analyze data and information, and assist in preparing recommendations for clients
• Create and maintain basic project and solution documentation, including process flows, technical specifications, and operational procedures
• Collaborate with other members of the automation team to deliver solutions that address client needs
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, and proactively grow your consulting skills
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in automation leveraging UiPath
• Experience using Git or other version control systems, with a solid understanding of source control best practices, branching, version management, and collaborative development workflows
• Knowledgeable in at least one area of consulting, such as strategy, transformation, digitization, or technology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
• Excellent English and German communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Independent, proactive, and self-driven — you take initiative and don’t wait to be told what to do.
