As an Intelligent Automation Architect, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing our intelligent automation strategy, designing robust automation architectures, ensuring technical excellence, and fostering innovation through AI and machine learning integration.
The following tasks await you:
- Automation Project Leadership:
You lead automation initiatives from design to go-live, ensuring delivery quality, on-time execution, and stakeholder satisfaction. You manage milestones, risks, and dependencies while aligning with agile delivery principles and business priorities. - Architecture, Development & Governance:
You design scalable automation architectures, reusable components, and governance frameworks that ensure maintainability, security, and performance. You oversee development, manage release and deployment processes, and guide developers to uphold coding and quality standards. - Opportunity Assessment & Business Collaboration:
You work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to identify and evaluate automation opportunities. You conduct process assessments, feasibility and ROI analyses, and contribute to building an enterprise-wide automation roadmap. - Security, Compliance & Intelligent Automation:
You ensure automation solutions adhere to IT security, GDPR, and audit requirements, defining access and role concepts. You also integrate AI/ML models such as NLP, OCR, and LLMs, into RPA workflows, collaborating with data science teams to deliver measurable business impact.
In order to be prepared for your path as Intelligent Automation Architect, you bring the following qualifications in your luggage:
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field, and at least 6-8 years of experience in automation architecture and project delivery within enterprise IT environments.
- Passion for designing, implementing, and evolving intelligent automation solutions, with a strong focus on RPA architecture, automation governance, and AI-driven innovation. Certifications such as UiPath Advanced Developer or Solution Architect are mandatory; Prince2 / PMI or Agile delivery certifications are a plus.
- Expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere, as well as strong experience with API integration, Git / Azure DevOps / Jenkins, and understanding of IT security, GDPR, and audit compliance. Experience with AI Center, Document Understanding, or AI Builder is an advantage.
