Vickerstock is partnering with a leading engineering business to recruit an experienced Installateur- und Heizungsbauermeister SHK to Frankfurt. You will lead chilled water and HVAC installations, supervise teams, and oversee all related plant and pipework across data centre projects within Germany.

The role combines new-build delivery with maintenance and upgrades, offering training, career development and a long-term, stable environment. English required, German preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with chilled water systems and HVAC infrastructure.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Full driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Lead and actively participate in chilled water and HVAC installations.
• Supervise technicians and subcontractors.
• Oversee pumps, valves, pipework and heat exchanger installation and maintenance.
• Support commissioning and performance testing.
• Plan preventative maintenance and coordinate reactive maintenance and fault finding.
• Carry out inspections, audits and quality checks.
• Ensure compliance with German regulations and site safety requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and engage with clients and project stakeholders.

Vickerstock are working in partnership with a leading specialist engineering business to recruit an experienced Installateur- und Heizungsbauermeister SHK to join their growing operations in Frankfurt.

This is an excellent opportunity to take a key technical leadership role delivering critical cooling and HVAC systems across major data centre and mission-critical projects. The position offers a varied split between new-build project delivery and ongoing maintenance, modification and upgrade works.

The Opportunity

What You'll Need

• Legally recognised Installateur- und Heizungsbauermeister SHK qualification
• Experience with chilled water systems and HVAC infrastructure
• Previous supervisory experience

• BMS knowledge

• Modular or prefabricated systems experience
