We are looking for a proactive and organized Inside Sales Specialist to join our team remotely within Germany in our offices in Leipzig. This is a part-time role (16–32 hours per week) ideal for someone passionate about building relationships, managing leads, and supporting our sales efforts to grow our customer base.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Qualification: Identify and evaluate potential customers to ensure they align with our target audience.
  • Organize and Prepare Demos: Collaborate with the sales team to schedule and customize product demos tailored to customer needs.
  • Proposal Creation: Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts to support the sales process.
  • Respond to Inquiries: Handle questionnaires, RFPs, and other pre-sales documents in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Pipeline Management: Track and update the status of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in our CRM.
  • Feedback Loop: Share insights from customer interactions with the product and management teams to inform strategies and improvements.
Requirements
  • Excellent written English skills (a must); Good German skills are a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a related role—ideally in a software or SaaS environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A customer-focused mindset and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Familiarity with tools like CRM systems, office and presentation software (PowerPoint, Google Slides), and spreadsheets.
  • A proactive, self-driven attitude and the ability to manage tasks independently.
