YOUR CONTRIBUTION

We are looking for a proactive and organized Inside Sales Representative to support our sales growth. If you are detail-oriented, excellent with customers, and enjoy a fast-paced sales environment, we would love to hear from you.

  • Make outbound calls/emails to selected potential customers and generate leads
  • Follow up with inbound inquiries and move opportunities through the pipeline
  • Create and maintain accurate records and activities in the CRM
  • Prepare quotes, order confirmations, deliveries and invoices in ERP system
  • Monitor deliveries in close coordination with Purchasing and Logistics departments
  • Issue export and shipping documents in compliance with dangerous goods regulations
  • Assist with customer onboarding and general administrative tasks
  • Support sales managers in market analysis and business development activities
YOUR PROFILE
  • 1–3 years of inside sales, customer service, or related experience
  • Knowledge of incoterms ad tax regulations
  • Comfortable with outbound sales outreach
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using CRM and ERP systems
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Fluent English and basic German language skills
