We are looking for a Planning & Account Management Manager with experience in Inside Sales implementation and deployment to join our Sales Management and Customer Service team. In this role you will be an expert in global Customer Management (CM) process(es), responsible for digital sales process compliance, performance and improvement across the organization. You will define requirements related to process, people competencies & tools, and support the organization in people, process and tools assessments as well as competence development within the CM area.

The preferred location for this role is Hochheim, Germany but you can also be based in any of the following locations:

  • Lund, Sweden
  • London, United Kingdom

Tetra Pak is not supporting relocation or work visa for this position.

What you will do
  • Support inside sales implementation and deployment globally, developing strategies and action plans, tracking progress and achievement of defined targets to drive business growth.
  • Drive CM process leveraging on digital platforms and digital tools to ensure continuous improvement on the global level.
  • Lead, motivate and ensure engagement of the process drivers and inside sales network globally.
  • Drive cross‑functional alignment on CM process design, CM related digital sales tools requirements and people competencies requirements.
  • Monitor process compliance, performance, and business KPIs from the global perspective.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide feedback to team members as well as oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring leads are properly qualified, followed up on, and closed.
  • Deliver CM related competence development programs in cooperation with Tetra Pak Academy.
  • Support front‑line organization in reaching desired process maturities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance and progress.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product management, to ensure alignment and maximize sales effectiveness.
We believe you have
  • Graduation and post‑graduation in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or Engineering.
  • Language skills – fluent in English.
  • Proven experience in digital sales leadership, with a strong track record of success in inside sales implementation and deployment.
  • Deep understanding of digital sales methodologies, digital sales tools and remote sales channels, as well as market trends and CRM tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Collaboration – expertly demonstrated.
  • Process knowledge at a good level.
  • Direct customer experience preferably at MC level.
  • Basic knowledge of OF processes linked to CM.
