In this role, you will act as a central authority for security compliance, working closely withteams throughout the businessto ensure projectsoperatein line with security standardsand contractual obligations. You will support sales teams with procurement responsesand play a key role insecuritycompliance initiatives, helping to enable securehigh-qualitydeliveryfor all our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ownanddrivesecuritycomplianceforallassignedaccounts,ensuringstandardisedsecuritystructuresandprocessesareconsistentlyimplementedandadoptedacrosstheorganisation.
• Supportbid,framework,andcommercialteamswithsecurity specificinputstoproposals,tenders,andcontractualnegotiations.
• Ensureprojectdeliveryoperationsaresupportedbyeffectivesecurityprocessesalignedtoclient mandatedsecuritypoliciesandcontractualobligations.
• Establishandmonitorqualitycontrolprocessestoensuredeliverablessuchasinformation security management plansalignwithgovernmentsecuritypolicyframeworks, ISO standards and evolving regulatory requirements.
• Actasacentralpointofcontactforsecuritycompliancematters,workingcloselywithteamsacross the businessand forclientsecurityteams.
• Support the compliance team inmaintainingexisting and certifying to new international standards and regulations including ISO 27001, NIS2, Cyber Essentials and the Cyber Assessment Framework (CAF).
• Maintainaccurateandauditablesecuritydocumentation,records,andreportingtosupportinternalassuranceandleadershipreporting.
• Provideregularreportingoncompliancestatus,contractobligations,andresourcesecurityposturetoseniorstakeholdersandgovernanceforums.
• ContributeasamemberoftheInformationSecurityBoard(ISB),supportingtheidentification,mitigation,andresolutionofsecurity,policy,andcompliancerisks.
• Provenexperiencemanagingsecuritycomplianceonlargescalecommercialandpublicsectorcontractsanddeliveryframeworks.
• Strongworkingknowledgeofsecuritystandardsandbestpractices,includingISO27001andNIS2.
• A relevant professional qualification such asCISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)would beanadvantage.
• Abilitytobuildtrustedrelationshipswithsenioraccountleadership,deliveryteams,andcross functionalstakeholders.
• Strong process orientation, with the ability to design, standardise, and continuously improve security and compliance workflows.
• Comfortableoperatingasaseniorinternaladvisor,balancingoperationaldelivery,assurance,andstakeholderengagement.
• Highlevelofattentiontodetailwiththeabilitytomaintainaccurate,auditabledocumentationandreporting.
• Confidentcommunicatorwiththeabilitytotranslatesecurityrequirementsintopracticalguidancefordeliveryandcommercialteams.
• Excellent written communication skills andproficiencyin English arerequired.
• Experienceworkingacrossdistributedteams,includingUK,Franceand Germany.
