Overview

We are looking for an Influence Marketing Manager Winter Sports Equipment Germany (F / M) to lead and execute Salomons influence and community activation strategy across the German Winter Sports market with a strong focus on Alpine and Racing communities.

In this key field-based role you will drive brand desirability, athlete visibility and consumer engagement for Salomons Winter Sports Equipment categories including Alpine, Nordic, Snowboard and Protection. You will also play a key role in establishing and activating the future Salomon Performance Center (SPC) near Grödig Austria.

You will work closely with the German and the Austrian Marketing team and the EMEA Winter Sports Equipment Marketing organization to ensure strong local execution aligned with global strategy.

Your Main Missions
  • Build and execute the German influence marketing strategy for Winter Sports Equipment focusing on Alpine and Racing communities.
  • Identify onboard and activate athletes, influencers and partners who represent Salomons values and performance spirit.
  • Coordinate local activations, product testing and community events to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
  • Support racing activations with athletes, federations and clubs ensuring strong representation in Alpine events.
  • Contribute to the success of the Salomon Performance Center turning it into a hub for athletes product testing and community engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with Austria's marketing team for campaign alignment and shared initiatives.
  • Manage agency and partner relationships to maximize campaign impact and content quality.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators: reach, engagement, athlete visibility and sales uplift through community activations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Sports Management or related field.
  • Minimum 23 years of experience in influencer or sports marketing; 5 years is preferred.
  • Strong understanding/background of the Winter Sports Equipment industry and Alpine community is a plus.
  • Fluent in German (native or equivalent) and English (fluent).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with athletes, partners and stakeholders.
  • Hands‑on and proactive attitude comfortable working in the field and managing multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of the snowboard segment is a strong plus.
  • Experience or network within the racing community is highly valued.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and reporting skills.
