Job summary

persona service AG & Co. KG is seeking a skilled assembly technician to join our mechanical engineering team in Germany.

You will assemble parts and sub-assemblies to exact fit from drawings, align and join components, and prepare them for onward transport while keeping the workstation clean and safe. We offer a long-term role with the prospect of a permanent contract, a monthly travel allowance, bonuses including holiday pay and a Christmas bonus, and access to training opportunities and

• Ability to read technical drawings and parts lists.
• Experience assembling sub-assemblies to tight tolerances.
• Commitment to health and safety regulations at the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Assemble individual parts and sub-assemblies in mechanical engineering according to specifications.
• Align, adjust and join components using appropriate methods.
• Check finished parts for dimensional accuracy with measuring equipment.
• Palletise finished assemblies and prepare for transport.

Job description

You will assemble individual parts and sub-assemblies in mechanical engineering with care and in accordance with specifications You will assemble sub-assemblies to exact fit using technical drawings Using drawings and parts lists, you identify the required components and prepare them for assembly You align components, adjust them where necessary, and screw or join them together professionally You check finished parts for dimensional accuracy and quality using suitable measuring and testing equipment You identify deviations or defects at an early stage and report them to the relevant departments Once assembly is complete, you mark the parts as finished in the system You palletise the finished assemblies correctly and prepare them for onward transport You keep your workstation clean and tidy, whilst observing health and safety regulations family-friendly working hours on day shifts long-term role with the prospect of a permanent contract free workwear
