J.J. Darboven GmbH & Co. KG sucht einen Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) zur Wartung und Reparatur von Anlagen in der Kaffeeproduktion. Sie arbeiten selbstständig, verantwortungsvoll und im Team und übernehmen auch Nacht- und Spätschichten.

Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im mechanischen Bereich sowie erste Erfahrungen in Wartung mit. Die Stelle bietet ein vielseitiges Aufgabenfeld in einem familiengeführten Unternehmen mit modernem Arbeitsumfeld.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im industriellen Mechanikbereich oder vergleichbar.
• Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst (Früh/Spät/Nacht).
• Gute PC-Kenntnisse, sicherer Umgang mit MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Wreitung der Verfugbarkeit von Anlagen gemäß ISO 9001/ISO 50001/IFS sicherstellen.
• Wartung, Reparatur und Instandhaltung von Maschinen und Anlagen.
• Störungsanalyse, Fehlersuche und Inbetriebnahme von Maschinen- und Pneumatiksteuerungen.

We are seeking a full-time

Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d)

Your Diverse Responsibilities

Ensuring high equipment availability and a smooth, high-quality production process in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 50001, and IFS

Performing maintenance, repair, and servicing work on machines, equipment, and plant assets

Troubleshooting, fault resolution, and commissioning of machines and pneumatic control systems

Overseeing equipment in the green coffee and roasted coffee areas, including recording relevant measurement data

Maintenance and upkeep of equipment as well as marking, coding, and labeling systems

Carrying out preventive maintenance measures to avoid equipment downtime

Participating in the optimization of existing equipment and processes, as well as in the continuous improvement process (CIP)

Compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards

Your Profile

Completed training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d), or a comparable technical qualification

Ideally, some initial work experience in maintenance or production—motivated entry-level candidates are also welcome

Ability to work independently, responsibly, and reliably

Willingness to work shifts (early, late, and night shifts)

Good computer skills and proficiency with standard MS Office applications

High level of commitment, flexibility, and ability to work well in a team
