- Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic or comparable vocational training
- Initial work experience in the above-mentioned roles is desirable
- Flexibility, a willingness to work hard and learn, and reliability
- Willingness to work 3 shifts

- Reliable and timely pay, as well as the option of monthly advance payments
