Wagner Group GmbH is seeking a skilled professional for Supply Chain Management in a German manufacturing setting. You will create and maintain master data structures, BOMs, work plans, and cost estimates, and support product changes from a production engineering perspective.

You will develop and optimize work instructions, manufacturing standards, and production documentation, and serve as the liaison between development and production on cross-functional projects, applying LEAN methods to

• Substantial experience in work planning or production planning

• Create and maintain master data structures, BOMs, work plans, and cost estimates
• Support product changes and change management from manufacturing perspective
• Develop and optimize work instructions, standards, and production documents
• Act as liaison between development and production on projects
• Conduct time studies and determine standard times using REFA

What you can expect from us

• Responsibility for creating, maintaining, and further developing master data structures, bills of materials, work plans, and cost estimates
• Implementation of product changes and support for change management from a production engineering perspective
• Development and optimization of work instructions, manufacturing standards, and production-related documentation
• Active participation in product development and industrialization projects, serving as the liaison between development and production
• Conducting time studies, process analyses, and work studies, as well as determining standard times using REFA, MTM, or comparable methods
• Identification and implementation of opportunities for optimization in manufacturing, planning, and work processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness

PROFILE

What characterizes you

• Completed technical training with successfully completed advanced training to become a master craftsman or technician, or a comparable qualification
• Substantial professional experience in work planning, production planning, or a comparable technical field
• Experience working with LEAN methods such as 5S, Kaizen, etc.
• A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work, combined with a deep understanding of processes
• A high degree of personal responsibility, commitment, and the ability to get things done
• Strong ability to work in a team and a passion for collaborating in interdisciplinary teams
• Organizational skills and an independent, goal-oriented approach to work
