A leading logistics company in Neu-Isenburg is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to support operations management and contribute to various projects. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in industrial engineering or similar fields, strong analytical skills, and experience in data science. You will create project plans, monitor progress, and present results to upper management. This position offers an attractive compensation package and extensive training opportunities.
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Industrial Engineer (m / f / d).
Support internal customers such as operations management on various projects related to problem solving, process engineering and service expansion.
Support European and country specific projects as a subject matter expert in cross‑functional work‑streams.
Monitor and support the development of operational KPI report as well as the maintenance of operational support systems.
Produce operational business requirement specifications and contribute to business cases.
Create and manage project plans; monitor and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and plans as needed.
Present project development and results to upper management.
University degree, preferably in industrial engineering, business management with logistic focus or similar quantitative disciplines.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data science and system architecture.
Strong communicator and presenter with working proficiency in English and German.
Excellent project management skills; project management certification (e.g., PMI or PRINCE2) is a plus.
Competency to lead cross‑functional project teams, including giving updates to management level.
Strong at setting priorities, developing a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals and track progress.
Proficiency with MS Office.
Programming (e.g., VBA, Python, C++, etc.) and data analysis skills (e.g., SQL, R) is a plus.
Flexibility and willingness to travel (up to 20%).
Driving license.
