Huawei Heisenberg Research Center (Munich) is seeking an Industrial Development Project Assistant on a leased labor basis for 18 months. The role focuses on coordinating partnerships between European industrial experts and internal product teams to ensure smooth collaboration.

You will compile industry insights, prepare presentation materials, and support project meetings, with a strong emphasis on documentation, communication, and cross-functional coordination.

Your mission

Industrial Partnership Communication: Facilitate communication between European-standard industrial development experts and internal product lines/technical teams; ensure external partnership requirements are clearly translated and internal/external collaboration processes proceed smoothly.

Industry Information Consolidation: Support the organization and summarization of industry insights and partnership project data; compile key requirements from industry stakeholders and internal product lines into reports for review by relevant internal parties and management.

Presentation Material Preparation: Prepare high-quality presentation materials (e.g., PPT reports) for project progress updates, deliverable reviews, and management briefings to support efficient decision-making.

Daily Project Support: Provide coordination support for industrial development projects, including organizing and facilitating partnership meetings, marketing events, tracking action items, etc.

Your areas of expertise

• Degree in Engineering or similar
• Experience: 5+ years in industrial development or marketing events
• Proficient in document creation (PPT, Excel, Word)
• Strong communication and comprehension skills
• Knowledge of the manufacturing or automotive industries
