Responsibilities:

  • Ticket Management: Use your strong English skills (reading and speaking) to manage and resolve support tickets efficiently.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional technical support and guidance to enterprise-level customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Microsoft Defender Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of Microsoft Defender Suite (Sentinel, 365, and End-Point) to troubleshoot and optimize solutions.
