Your mission
- Initial contact and needs analysis: You are the first point of contact for incoming enquiries from potential customers (leads) via telephone, email and live chat. You understand their challenges and assess whether our product offers the right solution.
- Qualification of leads: You analyse and prioritise incoming enquiries to ensure that potential customers are a good fit for our product and ready for the next step in the sales process.
- Consultancy and presentation: You will conduct individual consultations and online demos to show prospective customers the clear added value of PlentyONE.
- Support until the deal is closed: You accompany leads through the entire decision-making process, answer open questions and actively support them until the deal is closed.
- Regular follow-ups:You maintain contact with prospective customers, identify barriers to purchase and build trust through targeted follow-ups.
- Collaboration with marketing and product development:You provide structured feedback to the marketing team in order to improve the communication strategy for future leads. You will also work closely with product development to pass on frequent customer requirements and possible product optimisations.
Your profile
- Experience in e-commerce and initial professional experience in SaaS sales
- Passion for sales and enjoy dealing with customers
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Excellent communication skills and a positive demeanour
- Team player mentality and enjoy celebrating successes together
