Zusammenfassung

Prospeum is seeking an Implementation & Success Consultant to own the full journey from kickoff to production rollout, ensuring on-time, on-scope, high-quality delivery. You will translate customer needs into scalable designs and become a product expert, driving adoption and successful outcomes across 60+ enterprise customers.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership, managing risks and building rollout playbooks to accelerate every deployment.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in software/SaaS implementation, customer success, or consulting.
• Startup/enterprise software or consultancy background with procurement exposure.
• Fluent German and strong English.

You're not managing implementations, you're building how enterprise procurement actually works. As Implementation & Success Consultant, you own the full journey: from first kick-off to production rollout to long-term success. You translate what customers need into what the product delivers.

Tasks

• Own end-to-end enterprise implementations from kick-off to go-live — on time, on scope, on quality
• Translate complex customer requirements into scalable solution designs and structured rollout plans
• Become a product expert and train customers to integrate Prospeum into their operational and strategic procurement processes
• Act as the central project owner and trusted advisor throughout the customer relationship
• Drive customer retention and identify expansion opportunities in close collaboration with sales
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, and Leadership to unblock delivery
• Manage risks, escalations, and stakeholder communication proactively — not reactively
• Turn customer feedback and usage patterns into concrete product improvement proposals
• Build standardized implementation playbooks that make every rollout faster than the last

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset: you thrive when building from scratch, not when following a manual
• 3–5 years of experience in software/SaaS implementation, customer success, or consulting
• Ambitious and ownership-driven: you want to shape a function, not just fill a role
• Background in startups, enterprise software, or consultancies: ideally with procurement or supply chain exposure
• Strong project management instincts: timelines, stakeholders, dependencies
• Comfortable with enterprise architectures, integrations, and system landscapes at a conceptual level
• Technical curiosity: you don't need to code, but APIs, data models, and JSON shouldn't intimidate you
• Confident communicating with C-level stakeholders and managing expectations clearly
• Fluent German and strong English
• Hybrid work: 3 days in the office, 2 from home. Occasional full remote possible.
