What you'll do

• Implement customer-specific IDP solutions end-to-end, from onboarding through go-live, including workflows, extraction rules, validation, and business logic
• Create and validate the connections needed for document exchange via EDI or API as an alternative
• Set up secure connectivity (VPNs) and coordinate technical prerequisites with customer IT and internal teams
• Translate customer requirements into clear technical tasks and run workshops, onboarding sessions, testing, and regular syncs
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Product, and Development to ensure a smooth handover into operations
• Ensure documentation, security, and audit requirements are met

What you'll need

• Experience in technical implementations, onboarding, consulting, or integration roles, with a solid grasp of complex products and customer onboarding
• Knowledge of APIs, HTTPS, SFTP, VPNs, and networking concepts; EDI familiarity is a plus
• Experience with documentation, technical coordination, testing, and go-live preparation
• The ability to explain technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking, a structured working style, and the confidence to manage multiple projects in parallel
• A great customer attitude, resilience under pressure, and strong accountability
• Excellent English (C1 or above); German is a strong plus
