Role Overview

As an Implementation Specialist, you will be deployed to client locations across Germany as part of a 5–7 member engagement team. You’ll work on‑site with clients to implement performance improvement strategies, optimize operations, and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client teams from C-suite to front‑line
• Apply proven methodologies to drive operational transformation
• Coach and influence client personnel to adopt new practices
• Travel weekly to client sites (typically 14‑week engagements)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• 2–8 years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields
• Strong leadership, discipline, and communication skills
• Must reside in Germany and be legally authorized to work (no visa sponsorship)
• Willingness to travel weekly across German
