Location: Germany | Hybrid | Travel to customer sites across Germany

Your role

As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will guide customers through successful ERP implementations, translating industrial business needs into solutions and managing projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation projects for new customers
• Analyse manufacturing and operational business processes
• Lead customer workshops and gather requirements
• Configure ERP solutions
• Support testing, validation and data migration
• Guide customers through go‑live phases
• Train end users and customer teams
• Work closely with teams in Germany and the Netherlands
• Help expand our presence in the German market

What you bring

• Strong ERP knowledge is required
• Experience leading or supporting implementation projects
• Strong understanding of industrial and manufacturing business processes is required
• Experience within manufacturing environments is required
• Comfortable working in a growing market where not everything is fully built yet
• Willingness to travel to customer sites 2 to 3 days per week
• Native German language skills are required
• Professional English communication skills are required
• You can live anywhere in Germany. Living near Goch is a plus, but not required
• Travel to Leusden is required on a quarterly basis.

• Permanent contract with a 6 month probation period
• Position for 36 to 40 hours per week
