Clearwater Analytics is growing and seeks Implementation Associates to join our EMEA team in Frankfurt. You will lead onboarding for new clients, train them on the platform, and collaborate with accounting, compliance, and reporting teams to tailor solutions.

Fluency in German and English is essential as you engage with DACH clients. The role sits in our new Frankfurt office, offering exposure to a cloud-native, front-to-back platform for investment management and real-world onboarding

Following significant expansion in the DACH market, we're looking for Implementation Associates to join our EMEA team and help us deliver world-class onboarding experiences to some of the region's most sophisticated investors. This is an exciting opportunity to sit at the intersection of finance and technology. You'll work directly with clients (asset managers, insurers, pension funds and more) to configure and deploy Clearwater's leading SaaS platform, ensuring it's tailored precisely to their trading, accounting, compliance, performance and reporting needs. Whether your degree is in a finance-related discipline, or you come from a discipline like maths or computer science with a genuine interest in the investment industry, we'd love to hear from you. We've recently opened a brand-new office in Frankfurt's Opernturm, home to a brilliant and rapidly growing local team, a clear signal of our long-term commitment to the DACH market, where a growing number of organisations are choosing our cloud-native, front-to-back platform for investment management.

What You’ll Do

Lead the end-to-end onboarding of new clients onto Clearwater's platform, acting as a trusted guide throughout their implementation journey.

Conduct engaging training sessions that empower clients to get the most out of the Clearwater platform from day one.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal Clearwater teams to assess requirements and design tailored solutions across accounting, compliance monitoring, performance measurement, risk analysis and reporting.

Be the go-to person for clients during implementation - troubleshooting issues, resolving queries and keeping stakeholders informed with clear, transparent communication.

Act as a consultative partner, helping clients align their goals with project plans and ensuring delivery milestones are met.

Proactively identify and escape risks and issues, keeping project momentum strong.

Champion Clearwater's value proposition - you'll know the platform inside out and communicate its benefits with confidence and credibility.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds. You might be a recent graduate in accounting, finance, or economics, or you might have a non-finance degree such as maths or science, but a keen interest in building a career in the investment industry. What matters most is your curiosity, client focus, problem solving mindset, and drive to deliver.

Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) - essential for engaging with our DACH client base.

A degree in a relevant discipline such as finance, accounting, or a STEM subject that builds strong problem-solving and numerical reasoning skills.

Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.

Confidence communicating with clients - you're articulate, organised and comfortable managing multiple stakeholder relationships.

Solid Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

A problem-solving approach: you stay calm under pressure and find solutions.
