Your Key Responsibilities

• Administration of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for our globally active clients as part of a service team
• Advising our clients on the specification of central data interfaces within Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Configuration of cloud applications for Federated Single Sign-On (SSO) with identity providers like Amazon, Facebook, Google, and Microsoft Azure
• Ticket-based troubleshooting and problem analysis
• Implementation of service requests and standard changes

Your Skills and Requirements

• Completed university degree in a field of computer science or a comparable qualification
• Interest and enthusiasm for diving into complex questions regarding centralized user data and access management in enterprise IT
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking as well as customer orientation and communication skills
• Solid knowledge of databases and directory services
• A strong awareness of IT security and data protection
• Ideally, experience with web technologies and protocols
• Proficiency in both spoken and written German and English
