Zusammenfassung

GLS IT Services GmbH is seeking an IAM professional to support the rollout and operation of Saviynt in a Cloud-first / SaaS environment. You will help ensure reliable IAM operations and continuously improve related processes.

You'll operate the group-wide IAM platform, implement joiner/mover/leaver provisioning, and collaborate with IT, HR, and Security to maintain a secure IAM framework across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant practical experience in IT, IAM, or related fields; a university degree is beneficial but not mandatory
• Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, and identity governance
• Hands-on experience with IGA/IAM tools (Saviynt, SailPoint, One Identity, Okta, Azure AD)
• Fluent in English; German is a plus

• Implement and optimize user lifecycle and access management processes (JoinerMoverLeaver, provisioning, recertification)
• Ensure compliance with security standards (ISO 27001, NIS2) and support audits
• Collaborate with IT, HR, and Security teams to maintain a secure and consistent IAM framework
• Onboard new applications and maintain IAM integrations
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and IAM awareness across the organization
