Zusammenfassung

Volkswagen Financial Services AG sucht eine erfahrene IAM-Expertin bzw. einen IAM-Experten zur Implementierung und Prüfung von IAM-Richtlinien sowie zur Beratung von FS-Gesellschaften.

Sie arbeiten an der Gestaltung nationaler und internationaler Awareness-Maßnahmen, moderieren IAM-Communities und berichten an das IH-IMG3-Org.-Unit. Flexible Hybrid-Arbeitsmodelle unterstützen eine ausgewogene Balance von Beruf und Privatleben.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbar; mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung.
• Expertenwissen in der Regulatorik für Finanzinstitute (MaRisk, DORA) und deren Umsetzung in compliance-orientierten Geschäftsprozessen.
• Beraterkompetenz für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen gepaart mit Kreativität, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Pragmatismus.

Aufgaben

• Sie fungieren als Übersetzer aktueller rechtlicher Vorgaben und unterstützen die Umsetzung von IAM-Anforderungen in FS-Unternehmen.
• Sie definieren IAM-Richtlinien und Prozesse und unterstützen deren Tool-Unterstützung, mit Kreativität und Verbesserungsorientierung.
• Sie prüfen Umsetzung und Compliance der Anforderungen in FS-Unternehmen durch Kontrollen und Audits und bereiten Managementberichte vor.
• Sie beraten FS-Gesellschaften bei der Implementierung der Anforderungen und liefern Best Practices.
• Sie entwickeln nationale und internationale Awareness-Maßnahmen zu IAM (Schulungen, Intranet-Publikationen, Veranstaltungen) und setzen diese um.
• Sie moderieren nationale/internationale IAM-Communities und nehmen fachliche Anforderungen auf.

The organizational unit "Identity & Access Management" (IH-IMG3) is the central IAM authority for Volkswagen Financial Services AG and its subsidiaries. In this function, we define the IAM-specific guidelines and processes, develop them further and check their implementation in our companies. As 2nd line we act as the central interface to the 1st line areas in IT and the business departments.

This Is Your Job

• You are the "translator" of current legal requirements and support the embodiment of identity and access management requirements for FS companies. In doing so, you are looking for smart solutions being compliant on the one hand, as well as understandable and efficient on the other.
• Based on these specifications, you will support the definition of IAM guidelines and processes and their tool support while being creative and always looking for improvements.
• You as part of the IAM authority will check the implementation and compliance of these requirements in the FS companies through controls and audits. In doing so, you explain to those responsible what they are doing well and where there is potential for improvement and outline possible solutions. You will also prepare management reports and evidence for external audits.
• You will support FS companies needing help implementing the requirements with constructive advice and best practices. We want to offer our colleagues real added value.
• You will design national and international awareness measures on the topic of IAM, such as trainings, publications on the intranet, events, etc., and participate in their implementation with creative ideas and methods. In doing so, you always have a clear view that our range of information is appropriate and understandable to the target groups.
• You will moderate / advise national and international IAM communities and take up professional requirements.

• You feel comfortable in an advisory role: You are empathetic, recognize needs and enjoy developing solutions to their challenges together with colleagues at the Braunschweig location and the FS companies.
• You like to see things in a larger context, discuss details but also think globally.

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung oder eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in dem Themengebiet
• Expertenwissen in der Regulatorik für Finanzinstitute (MaRisk, DORA, ect.) und deren Umsetzung in complianten Geschäftsprozessen
• Eine überzeugende Beraterkompetenz für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen gepaart mit Kreativität, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Pragmatismus
• Erfahrungen in der Durchführung und Begleitung von Audits ist wünschenswert
• Fundiertes Wissen in den Bereichen Information Security Management, Risikomanagement und IT-Compliance
• Erfahrungen in der Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung von KI-Use Cases
• Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in mindestens einem führenden IAM-Produkt wie One Identity Manager, SailPoint IIQ oder OpenSource Lösungen.
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch‑und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
