Qualifikationen

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in einem kundenorientierten oder Verkaufsumfeld.
  • Erfahrung im Kontaktzentrum ist wünschenswert.
  • Fähigkeit, in einem strukturierten Prozess zu arbeiten.
  • Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität.

Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung der niederländischsprachigen Kunden via Telefon, E-Mail und Chat.
  • Wartung der Kundendatenbank und Aktualisierung aller Einträge.
  • Angebot individueller Lösungen für jede Anfrage.
  • Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen zu technischen Fragen oder Garantieansprüchen.

Fließend Niederländisch (C2)

We are looking for motivated and communicative Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives (m/f/d) to support our customer service team for the Dutch-speaking customers of a manufacturer of innovative robotic lawn mowers. Start: 01.12.2025 | Location: Hybrid (Remote + Berlin-Neukölln) | Weekly hours: 40 h

Working hours: Mon - Sat between 08:00 AM and 6:00 PM

Salary: 2.739,33 - 2.939,33 €/month (Fixed salary 2.409,33 €/month at 40h/week + language bonus 300 €/month + performance bonus up to 200 €/month + w@h bonus 30€/month)

Aufgaben
  • Supporting our Dutch-speaking customer base by phone, email and chat
  • Maintaining our customer database and updating all entries
  • Offering individual solutions for each call
  • Answering customer inquiries about technical questions (installation) or warranty claims
Qualifikation
  • Fluency Dutch (C2-level) with very good English additional German language skills preferable
  • Excellent customer service expertisePrevious experience in a customer focused or sales environment, previous contact centre experience is desirable
  • Demonstrable experience of working within a structured process
  • Proficient IT Skills (Microsoft-Office)
  • The ability to work well as part of a team
