Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support via live chat, email, and phone for our Hungarian-speaking users

• Collaborate with your team to achieve performance goals and maintain service excellence
• Accurately document customer interactions and feedback within our support systems
• Engage in continuous learning through product training and participation in workshops

Requirements

• Fluent in Hungarian and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
• Prior experience in customer support or a similar role is highly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for excellent customer service
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is desirable
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience
